Following a spin-off, the entire IT infrastructure was rebuilt from scratch: IT strategy, secure cloud infrastructure, central processes for operations, security, and support, as well as an in-house IT organization with clear roles. IT operating costs were reduced by around 20 percent through provider management and license optimization.
