Replacement of an established MS Access solution with Sage X3, managed internationally from Canada and adapted to German processes. All streams between Business, IT, 3PL partner, and implementation partner were managed—from test management and data migration to cutover—end-to-end under SOX and GMP requirements.

Initial Situation | Objectives
