How we work

This is how our projects run

Four steps that are the same in every project, regardless of size and industry.

Assessment and target picture

We map systems, dependencies and risks and define the target picture with you.

Plan and roadmap

From that we build a solid roadmap with priorities, effort and ownership.

Steering and execution

We steer the workstreams, run the regular meetings and keep decisions traceable.

Handover to operations

The result is documented, stable operations with clear roles, not a dependency on us.
